Keel Quality (ISO 9001)
Keel Quality brings the product-quality half of ISO 9001 onto the same control-and-evidence graph as your ISMS. Where the rest of Keel manages your information-security management system, Keel Quality manages your quality-management system (QMS): nonconforming outputs, supplier quality, customer complaints, and change control, alongside CAPA, the audit programme, objectives, competence, and document control.
A paid add-on
Section titled “A paid add-on”Keel Quality is a $149/mo add-on that layers onto any plan. It is turned on from Billing (owner/admin) and is not bundled into a plan tier. Until it’s enabled, the Quality pages show a locked preview instead of your data. Once it’s on, owners and admins can create and edit Quality records; other members have read access.
The Quality dashboard
Section titled “The Quality dashboard”The Quality dashboard is your one pane across the whole QMS. At the top, a Needs attention roll-up surfaces everything overdue or at risk right now: NCRs awaiting disposition, critical NCRs, overdue CAPA and audits, objectives at risk, competence gaps, open supplier SCARs, high complaints, and changes awaiting approval. Below it, each area gets its own card with live counts and a link straight into the module.
The modules
Section titled “The modules”- Nonconforming outputs — the NCR register (Clause 8.7): log, contain, and disposition nonconforming product.
- Supplier quality — the approved-supplier list and SCARs (Clause 8.4).
- Complaints & feedback — capture and resolve customer complaints (Clause 9.1.2 / 10.2).
- Change control — plan and control changes (Clause 6.3 / 8.5.6).
The dashboard also pulls in nonconformities & CAPA, the internal audit programme, objectives, competence, and documented information, which Keel Quality shares with the broader app.
