Reports
Reports sits under Overview in the sidebar and has three tabs: Print, AI summary and Trend.
Each report opens in a new tab as a print-ready page. Use your browser’s Save as PDF to keep a copy.
- Compliance readiness report: overall and per-framework readiness, a coverage breakdown, and the full control register with each control’s status and owner.
- Executive board pack: a landscape deck for a steering committee or management review (for example an ISO 27001 Clause 9.3 review). It covers overall posture, framework readiness, the top open risks, and program operations: policies, training and third-party risk.
Both are built from your live workspace when you open them. If Keel cannot read your data, it shows a message instead of the report and generates nothing.
AI summary
Section titled “AI summary”Generate readiness summary writes an audit-readiness executive summary over your current posture: readiness, control coverage, open and high risks, and overdue vendor reviews. It uses AI credits. See AI tools and credits for costs.
Each summary is saved on the tab for you to read or delete. Nothing is sent or filed automatically. Auditors can read summaries and cannot generate them.
Keel records each framework’s readiness once a week. The Trend tab charts the last 90 days, one line per framework, so you can show how readiness has moved rather than only today’s number.
The line appears once there are at least two snapshots. When many frameworks are tracked, the chart shows the ones with the highest current readiness and says how many more are not charted.
