Plans, limits & billing

Your plan sets your limits and which capabilities are switched on. Choose one from Billing to start a secure Stripe checkout, and manage or cancel it any time from the Stripe customer portal.

Every plan sets the same list of levers. What differs between plans is the value on each one:

Lever What it caps
Frameworks How many frameworks you can have applied at once
Seats People in the workspace
Vendors Third parties tracked in vendor risk
Evidence storage Total stored evidence, plus a per-file upload limit
AI credits Monthly allowance for AI features
Trust Center Whether it is available, and whether it is fully branded
Integrations & API Whether the REST API and integrations are enabled
Directory sync Whether Entra ID / Google Workspace sync is available
White-label Whether Keel branding can be removed
Training Whether security-awareness training is included

The current values live on the pricing page, not here. A limit copied into documentation is a limit that goes stale silently, and a wrong number about what you are entitled to is worse than no number.

  • Start — pick a plan in Billing. Checkout is handled by Stripe; card details never reach Keel.
  • Change — upgrading applies immediately. New limits take effect as soon as the subscription updates.
  • Cancel — from the Stripe customer portal, any time. There is no cancellation flow to sit through and nobody to email.

Being over a limit does not delete anything. Keel stops you adding more of the thing you are over on, and tells you which lever it is. Existing data stays exactly where it is, including after a downgrade — so a plan change never costs you evidence you already collected.

A trial gives you the paid capabilities for its length without a card. When it ends the workspace drops to the free limits rather than locking; your data is still there, and subscribing restores access to what the plan allows.
